In 2012 Metal Windows achieved the refurbishment and/ or replacement and servicing of all the guest room windows, and on all facades of this 22 storey hotel with minimal disruption to guests and staff. The hotel remained occupied during the entire project. With strategic planning and MW in-house supervisors onsite at all times, Metal Windows ensured that the day-to-day functioning of the establishment ran smoothly and the project came in on time and below budget.
