We designed and built a welded aluminium-frame structure, which was fitted to an old loading dock, thus assisting in the conversion of old industrial space into modern retail space, doubling the floor area and creating a light filled restaurant-area.
The GSB is situated in the V & A Waterfront, which is a high wind area. Metal Windows was called for a solution. Larry custom designed a “wind lobby” which shelters the entrance to the GSB.
New concept restaurant “Chefs” opened in 2017 in Cape Town. No menus, no waiters, no fancy décor, just three meal choices. Sound horrific? Depends on how much you like good food and dislike the fuss that normally surrounds it. The chefs serve you lunch or dinner, Monday to Friday and literally, they do serve you.

The original old vertical sliding sash windows were very dangerous dropping suddenly and a potential injury risk Metal Windows installed new window inserts. MW experience and capacity for research and development shining through!
Metal Windows retrofitted our Forman Brand folding stack away aluminium windows on the wrap around balcony. On the side elevation we installed a full balcony enclosure.

A luxury Sea Point Home with a modern glass façade. We were called in to replace a faulty, leaking curtain wall system. The curtain wall system is an outer covering of a building in which the outer walls are non-structural.
A Luxury holiday apartment in Curzon place gets a complete update. The clients chose a neutral colour scheme with turquoise accents. Their brief was to maximize views and enhance flow between the living areas, balcony and deck space.
