We provide servicing and repairs to the very good, but old aluminium systems of this private residence. New windows and doors were only installed to resolve underlying waterproofing issues.
On all 3 floors of the apartment, repurposing rather than replacement was achieved via the removal of existing aluminium windows that had rotten wood subframes, replacing only the subframes with aluminium ones and then refitting the original 1970’s aluminium windows.
