The customer specified Steel products with an industrial feel. The architect ‘s vision was for light Steel framing that would be both strong enough to withstand heavy South Easterly winds in Higgovale and, would maximize light and views of City Bowl, Table mountain and Lions Head.
All exterior doors were designed with generous scale and proportion, side hinged, opening outward onto the various decks and gardens. All windows throughout the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas use variations of a horizontal French pane aesthetic.
All specifications were achieved as well as products that are easy to maintain and will last a lifetime. Most importantly our customer is delighted with the result.
