The Mill & Press, at the Old Castle Brewery

In 2011 Metal Windows designed and built a welded aluminium-frame structure, for La Cantina restaurant . In September 2020 The Mill and Press opened their third venue (serving the same delicious fare that we know from their Masons’ Press store) in this space.

The glass and aluminium structure doubled the floor area and created a light filled restaurant-area. This was fitted to an old loading dock, thus assisting in the conversion of the old industrial space into modern retail space.
