The original old vertical sliding sash windows were very dangerous dropping suddenly and a potential injury risk Metal Windows installed new window inserts. MW experience and capacity for research and development shining through!

UCT – FOREST HILL RESIDENCE

Metal Windows continue to service all the windows in the Forest Hills Residences. These residences were originally individually owned apartments. The entire complex is now Student accommodations and have been subdivided accordingly. The students are very tough on the windows doors and hardware – Metal Windows are on call to replace parts, glazing and sashes throughout.

UCT – Guard House

A custom designed guard house at the entrance to UCT built to keep the security guard warm and dry in all weather.
